Dollar-for-dollar credit
Members pay a flat amount each month, which is banked dollar-for-dollar as account credit. Pay $100, bank $100 — no use-it-or-lose-it.
Use it your way
Credit can be applied toward any eligible service or retail product. Member's choice — there's no fixed menu.
Credit never expires
Banked credit rolls over indefinitely for as long as your membership stays active.
A standing discount, too
Beyond banked credit, members receive an ongoing discount on services and retail — that discount is the membership's real value, not a credit bonus.
Flexible commitment
Month-to-month after an initial 90-day minimum. Just 30 days' written notice to cancel any time after.
Credit stays yours
If you cancel, banked credit remains usable on future purchases — though the ongoing discount benefit ends.
Freeze anytime
Pause your membership for up to 3 months per 12-month period. Banked credit is still usable while frozen.

Is the banked credit bonus money?
No — credit banks 1:1, with no bonus credit added. Your membership's value comes from the discount tier and the flexibility of banked credit, not free money.
Can I use my credit anywhere else?
Yes — banked credit is usable across any Evolve location, including any additional sites we open in the future.
Can I combine or bundle banks?
Yes — every tier can be sold standalone or bundled. For example, a Vitality Plus member can add Glow Starter as an add-on at signup.
What happens if I freeze or cancel?
You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per 12-month period, and your banked credit remains usable while frozen. If you cancel, banked credit stays usable on future purchases — only the ongoing discount benefit ends.
