Hormone Replacement Therapy
Restore What’s Been Lost.
As hormone levels change with age, the effects can extend well beyond sexual health. Patients may notice changes in energy, strength, muscle mass, body fat, motivation, sleep, mood, and overall well-being.
For appropriately selected patients, hormone replacement therapy can be used to address hormone deficiencies and associated symptoms.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy
TRT is one of the foundations of our men’s hormone program.
For men with clinically appropriate testosterone deficiency, treatment may help address symptoms associated with low testosterone while supporting broader goals related to health and performance.
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy
- Enclomiphene
- hCG
- Adjunctive Hormone Management
Physician Led. Precision Driven.
Hormone Care With a Higher Standard.
“In neurosurgery, precision matters at every step. You establish the goal, execute the plan, and evaluate the result. I bring that same discipline to hormone therapy—every treatment should have a clear purpose, a defined strategy, and an outcome we can evaluate.”

What Could Better Hormone Health Mean for Me?
Six Areas Hormones Can Touch.
Muscle & Strength
Build Strength. Keep It.
Focus on preserving lean mass, supporting strength, improving body composition, and maintaining physical performance as you age.
Energy & Drive
Get Your Energy Back.
Address hormonal contributors to fatigue, declining motivation, reduced exercise capacity, and the feeling that you simply don’t have the same drive you once did.
Sexual Health
Bring Back the Drive.
Hormonal health can influence libido and sexual well-being. Our approach evaluates the bigger picture rather than treating every symptom in isolation.
Body Composition
Change What You See in the Mirror.
Hormones, metabolism, nutrition, training, and lifestyle all influence body composition. Our goal is not simply weight loss—it’s building a healthier ratio of muscle to body fat.
Sleep & Recovery
Recover Better. Perform Better.
Quality sleep and recovery affect nearly every aspect of performance. We look at hormonal health alongside the other factors that determine how well you recover.
Focus & Well-Being
Feel Like Yourself Again.
Fatigue, poor concentration, reduced motivation, and changes in well-being can have many causes. Hormonal health may be one part of the picture.
Which One Are You Missing?
Strength. Energy. Drive.
Sleep. Focus.
Hormone therapy starts with understanding what has changed—and determining whether treatment is appropriate for you.
More Than TRT
We Treat the Patient. Not Just the Number.
The goal isn’t simply to increase testosterone.
It’s to understand why you don’t feel or perform the way you once did—and build a medically appropriate strategy around the complete picture.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is hormone replacement therapy?
Hormone replacement therapy is physician-prescribed treatment used to address a clinically confirmed hormone deficiency and its symptoms. At Evolve, it starts with an evaluation and lab testing, and any treatment is individualized and monitored over time.
How do I know if my testosterone is low?
Symptoms alone can’t confirm it. Low testosterone is diagnosed with appropriately timed blood work interpreted alongside your symptoms and medical history, which is part of your assessment at Evolve.
Who is a candidate for TRT?
TRT is generally considered for men with symptoms of low testosterone and lab results that confirm a deficiency. Your physician also reviews your health history, goals, and any factors that could make treatment inappropriate before recommending it.
How long does it take to notice changes?
It varies by person and by symptom. Some patients notice changes in energy or libido within weeks, while changes in body composition and strength typically take longer. Your physician will review your progress at follow-up visits.
Will I need ongoing monitoring?
Yes. Hormone therapy requires regular follow-up and lab work to track your response, adjust treatment, and monitor safety.
What happens during my first visit?
We discuss your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals, and arrange appropriate testing. After your physician evaluation, we’ll explain whether treatment is appropriate and what your plan would look like.
Does everyone with low energy need testosterone?
No. Fatigue and low energy have many possible causes, including sleep, stress, thyroid function, and other medical conditions. Our evaluation looks at the whole picture, and testosterone is only recommended when it’s medically appropriate.
What other hormone treatments does Evolve offer?
Beyond TRT, options may include enclomiphene, hCG, and adjunctive hormone management, as well as hormone replacement therapy for women. Your physician will recommend what fits your evaluation and goals.
